本ポリシーは、xt3362（以下「開発者」）が提供するゲームアプリ「違反将棋」（以下「本アプリ」）における、利用者の情報の取り扱いを定めるものです。
本アプリは、氏名、メールアドレス、位置情報、端末の識別子、利用状況など、利用者に関する情報を一切収集しません。開発者や第三者のサーバーへ情報を送信することもありません。
本アプリは、盤と駒の見た目、音量、対局の設定などのアプリの設定を、利用者の端末内にのみ保存します。この情報は開発者には送信されず、本アプリを削除すると端末から消去されます。
本アプリは通信を行いません。広告、アクセス解析、アプリ内課金、アカウント登録の機能はありません。
クレジット画面のリンクを選ぶと、端末のブラウザで外部のウェブサイトが開きます。そのウェブサイトでの情報の取り扱いは、各サイトのポリシーに従います。
利用者が端末の設定で「解析データを共有」に同意している場合、Apple から開発者へ、個人を特定できない形でクラッシュの記録などが提供されることがあります。開発者はこれを本アプリの不具合の修正にのみ使います。この情報の取り扱いは Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
本アプリは情報を収集しないため、子どもを含むどの年齢の利用者からも個人情報を取得しません。
機能の追加などにより情報の取り扱いが変わる場合は、本ページで本ポリシーを改定し、制定日を更新します。

This policy describes how Illegal Shogi ("the App"), a game provided by xt3362 ("the developer"), handles information about its users.
The App does not collect any information about you, including your name, email address, location, device identifiers or usage data. The App does not send any information to the developer or to third-party servers.
The App stores its settings, such as board and piece styles, sound volume and match options, only on your device. This data is never sent to the developer and is deleted when you delete the App.
The App does not use the network. It contains no advertising, analytics, in-app purchases or user accounts.
Links on the credits screen open external websites in your device's browser. Those websites handle information under their own policies.
If you have agreed to share analytics data in your device settings, Apple may provide the developer with crash reports and similar data that do not identify you. The developer uses this data only to fix problems in the App. Apple handles this data under Apple's privacy policy.
Because the App collects no information, it does not collect personal information from users of any age, including children.
If the way the App handles information changes, for example when new features are added, we will update this policy on this page and revise the effective date.
